When a number looks wrong

Start with the basics

1. Refresh the app if you recently came back online.
2. Check the widget date range and activity filters.
3. Open the calendar day where the value looks wrong.
4. Look for overlapping, duplicated, missing, or edited entries.

Still wrong

Create a support ticket with the widget name, activity name, expected value, visible value, date range, and whether you were offline when the entries were created.
