Version 2026-10-13 · Effective 2026-10-13
Terms of Service
The agreement for using 10k: your account, your content and the rules we both follow.
Agreement and incorporated policies
10k is operated by Mlabs, MB (company code 307689679), a small partnership established in Lithuania. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Mlabs, MB. You can contact us through the public support form or at help@10k.live, including without a 10k account. Our full company details and Digital Services Act points of contact are listed in the Legal Notice.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the 10k website, app, software, subscriptions, support tools, community features, and related services. By creating an account, using 10k, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
These terms incorporate the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, Subscription Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Moderation and Appeals Policy. If a feature has additional posted terms, those terms apply to that feature as well.
If you use 10k for a company, team, club, school, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" includes both you and the organization.
Eligibility and accounts
10k is an adult-only service. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account, and a higher minimum age applies where required by local law.
By creating or using an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may deny registration, sign-in, token renewal, or continued access when the requirement is not met.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You may not create accounts for deceptive, abusive, automated, or unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials, connected devices, and recovery methods secure.
- Do not share your account or subscription with another person.
- Do not create duplicate accounts to avoid enforcement, billing limits, or safety controls.
- Tell support if you believe your account, email, payment method, or connected device has been compromised.
Free services, trials, and paid services
10k is in its public free-launch period. Available features do not require a paid subscription, and new purchases, paid-plan checkout, and trials are disabled during this period. Operational, storage, safety, and technical limits still apply.
Some capabilities are not available in every release. Feed publishing and comments are currently disabled. References in these policies to posts, comments, paid plans, or other unavailable features also cover retained records and those features when offered; they do not promise current availability.
We may introduce paid plans later. Any purchase will require a separate checkout that explains the price, billing period, renewal conditions, and applicable terms. Free-launch access does not enroll you in a paid subscription or authorize a later charge.
If you purchase a subscription when paid services are available, the Subscription Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy explain billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation, and refunds.
Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of the content and data you add to 10k, including time entries, activities, notes, dashboard configuration, posts, comments, club content, messages, reports, support requests, images, and files.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, or publish your content. Do not add content that violates another person's rights, confidentiality, privacy, or intellectual property.
License needed to operate 10k
To provide 10k, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, format, translate, index, analyze, and back up your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
This license is limited to service operation and the features you choose to use. For example, we may display a post to the audience you selected, sync a time entry across your devices, calculate dashboard statistics, route a support ticket to staff, or preserve records needed to investigate abuse.
When you permanently delete content or close your account, this license ends after removal from active systems, except to the extent needed for the recovery periods, shared conversation records, restricted recovery copies, or legal, accounting, security, support, and moderation retention described in the Privacy Policy. Removing an activity to the recycle bin is not immediate permanent deletion.
Activity, time, location, and performance data
10k is designed around time tracking, activity history, productivity statistics, social accountability, and optional community features. Some features may process time, schedule, goal, device, location-derived, wellness-related, or performance information that you choose to provide or sync.
You should review privacy controls before publishing activities, joining clubs, messaging others, or sharing profile and statistics information. Public or shared content may be visible to other users and may be copied or reshared outside 10k by people who can view it.
Removing an activity normally moves it and its active sub-activities, including their recorded time, to the recycle bin. They can be restored for 30 days after the removal synchronizes with the server, or permanently deleted sooner through the recycle bin. Running timers stop and are not restarted by restoration. The app schedules permanent deletion after the recovery deadline; offline changes must synchronize before the server can apply them.
Acceptable use
10k should be safe, authentic, and useful. You may not misuse the service, interfere with other users, or try to bypass operational, billing, safety, or technical controls.
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, shame, impersonate, or target people based on protected characteristics.
- Do not upload illegal content, malware, spam, scams, sexually exploitative material, private information, or content that promotes serious harm.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, probe, or disrupt 10k systems except as permitted by a written security program.
- Do not manipulate engagement, leaderboards, club membership, reports, subscriptions, referrals, or moderation processes.
- Do not use 10k to coordinate fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, or unauthorized surveillance.
Reports, moderation, and appeals
We may review reports, automated signals, support requests, account behavior, and content to enforce these terms and protect users. Enforcement can include no action, warnings, content removal, visibility limits, feature limits, temporary suspension, permanent account closure, or escalation to a provider or legal authority.
If you believe an enforcement action was wrong, you may appeal under the Moderation and Appeals Policy. Appeals should include your account email, the action being appealed, relevant content or ticket IDs, and the reason the decision should change.
Privacy controls and visibility
You control many visibility settings for profile details, activities, statistics, social features, messaging, and notifications. Your choices affect who can see or interact with your content.
Privacy controls are described in the Privacy Policy and Help Center. Some information must remain visible or retained to operate the service, comply with law, manage billing, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes.
Third-party services and integrations
10k may let you sign in with, connect to, import from, export to, pay through, or share content with third-party services such as identity providers, app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, device platforms, calendar systems, or communication tools.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or their handling of information after you direct us to share it with them.
Safety and personal responsibility
10k can help you track time, routines, activities, goals, and social accountability, but you remain responsible for your choices, health, schedule, location safety, device use, and interactions with others.
Do not rely on 10k as medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or professional advice. If a feature displays goals, streaks, estimates, summaries, or recommendations, treat them as informational only.
10k intellectual property and feedback
10k and its software, design, trademarks, product names, documentation, and service content are owned by 10k or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of 10k intellectual property.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not submit feedback you are not allowed to share.
Service availability and changes
The product is still evolving. We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features, platforms, pricing, storage limits, plan entitlements, beta functionality, and integrations.
We work to maintain reliable service, but 10k may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, security events, provider failures, product changes, or other reasons.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using 10k at any time. Request account deletion through account settings or the public account-deletion page after verifying your identity. Sessions and ordinary app access stop immediately. Destructive deletion is scheduled after a 30-day recovery period, during which you can cancel the request. The Privacy Policy explains the records that may be retained afterward.
When account deletion is requested, access stops immediately and 10k attempts to stop Google Play, web, and direct subscription renewals automatically. Apple App Store renewal must be cancelled in the Apple account that controls the purchase. Recovering the account does not restart a stopped renewal.
We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts when necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, address security or billing risk, comply with law, or prevent abuse. If your account is closed, some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
10k is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for your particular purpose.
We do not endorse user content and are not responsible for user content, third-party content, or interactions between users except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10k will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid to 10k for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, or the minimum amount required by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify 10k from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections under the law that applies in your country of residence.
You can raise a dispute through our public support form. Nothing requires you to give up a court, consumer dispute-resolution body, supervisory authority, or other remedy available under mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer or privacy rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product, law, pricing, or safety practices change. The version and effective date above identify the published terms. We will provide notice or request agreement when required by applicable law.
Questions about these terms can be sent to Mlabs, MB through the public support form or to help@10k.live. You do not need to sign in to contact us.
