The support form and help@10k.live are our single point of contact for users under Article 12 of the Digital Services Act (DSA). Choose whichever channel you prefer. Our team reads and answers these messages; we do not rely solely on automated tools. Please write to us in English.

Reporting illegal content

To report content or behavior that may be illegal or that breaks the Community Guidelines, use the in-app report controls or Support > Safety. These tools identify the exact content, so we can review it quickly.

Never send suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal content by email. Submit the content link or identifier instead. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
