Version 2026-10-13 · Effective 2026-10-13
Subscription Terms
Rules for existing purchases and any paid plans or trials offered in a future release.
Plans and trials
10k provides free access during its public free-launch period. Available features do not require a paid plan, and new purchases and trials are disabled. Feed publishing and comments are unavailable. The billing rules below apply if paid features are offered later or an existing purchase record needs to be handled. Technical, storage, safety, and operational limits still apply.
If paid services are introduced, plan features, limits, prices, and any renewal terms will be shown before you agree to a purchase. Free-launch use does not authorize a later charge.
An app-granted trial, when available, ends at its stated deadline and does not itself create a paid subscription. Any provider offer that converts a trial to paid billing must expressly disclose that conversion and require your agreement at checkout.
Billing and taxes
Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Prices, currencies, and taxes may vary by location and payment channel.
Stripe, the relevant app store, or another payment provider may collect payment method, billing address, tax, invoice, and fraud prevention information.
Renewal and price changes
Your subscription renews until cancelled. If prices or plan terms materially change, we will provide notice where required and apply changes no earlier than the next billing period unless you agree otherwise.
Cancellation
When web billing management is available, use Settings → Subscription to open the billing portal. If the control is unavailable, including during free launch, contact support for billing or cancellation assistance. App-store subscriptions are managed through the store account that controls the purchase.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Premium access normally continues until the current paid period ends unless a refund, chargeback, fraud review, provider rule, or legal requirement changes access earlier.
Account deletion is different: account access stops immediately. 10k attempts to stop Google Play, web, and direct renewals automatically, while Apple App Store renewal requires cancellation in your Apple account. Account deletion does not itself issue a refund, and recovering an account does not restart a stopped renewal.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If payment fails, access may be paused, downgraded, retried, or cancelled. Chargebacks can interrupt access while the payment provider investigates.
