Refund and Cancellation Policy

How to cancel

During the public free-launch period, access is free and purchases and trials are disabled. The billing, cancellation, and refund rules below apply if paid features are offered later or an existing purchase record needs to be handled. For a web subscription when billing management is available, use Settings → Subscription to open the billing portal. If that control is unavailable, contact support for cancellation assistance. App-store subscriptions can be cancelled through the store account that manages the purchase.

If you request account deletion, 10k attempts to stop Google Play, web, and direct renewals automatically. Apple App Store renewal cannot be stopped by 10k and must be cancelled in your Apple account.

Access after cancellation

Cancelling prevents the next renewal. Paid access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app or closing a browser tab does not cancel a subscription.

Requesting account deletion ends 10k access immediately, even if a paid period remains. Cancelling deletion during the recovery period restores the account but does not restart any stopped renewal.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility depends on payment channel, local consumer law, provider rules, account history, renewal date, product use after renewal, and whether a trial or promotion was used.

Contact support with the account email, payment channel, renewal date, invoice or receipt ID, and reason for the request. App-store refunds may need to be requested directly from the store.

Billing problems

If a renewal, tax calculation, invoice, payment method, duplicate charge, or plan entitlement looks wrong, contact support before opening a chargeback so the account can be reviewed without interrupting access.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or consumer rights that apply under local law or payment-provider rules.
