Report review
Reports are reviewed with context, severity, user age, public visibility, account history, and repeat behavior in mind. Not every report results in visible enforcement.
Appeal review
Appeals should explain why the decision was wrong and include relevant IDs. Where practical, appeals are reviewed by someone who did not take the original action.
