Cancel an account deletion

Before the deadline

Requesting account deletion disables your sessions and app access immediately. Destructive deletion is scheduled after a 30-day recovery period.

Use the pending-deletion recovery page before the deadline shown there. An account that has been permanently deleted cannot be restored through this flow.

Cancel the request

1. Open the account deletion recovery page shown when 10k tells you that deletion is pending.
2. Verify the same account again using an available identity-verification method. For password verification, enter the account email.
3. Choose Cancel account deletion.
4. After confirmation, sign in again to create a new session.

What recovery changes

Cancelling deletion restores account access. It does not restart a subscription renewal stopped by the deletion request.

Account deletion does not automatically refund earlier charges. Contact support if you need help with an existing purchase or cannot complete recovery.
