How offline mode works

10k can store supported changes locally while offline and sync them when the connection returns. This includes timers, manual entries, activity edits, and dashboard widget layouts.

Before signing out

  • Resolve any unsynced-data warning before signing out.
  • Keep the browser storage for 10k intact until sync completes.
  • If a sync error repeats, contact support from the affected account before clearing data.
