Use the person’s blocking control or review Settings → Blocked users to manage unwanted contact.
Report the user or club through its report control, or choose Safety in the support form. Include the relevant user, club or message identifier and explain what happened.
When messages can be reviewed
Club chats and support conversations may be reviewed when needed for safety, support, security or legal reasons.
Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted. If you want support to review one, share the relevant content yourself. For suspected child sexual abuse material, submit only the existing link or identifier; do not save or forward the content.
