Delete an activity or your account
What deletion removes, and what can stay.
Delete an activity
- Deleting an activity moves it and its active sub-activities to the recycle bin and stops any running timer.
- Restore it from Settings → Recycle bin within 30 days after its deletion syncs to the server. After the recovery period, it is eligible for permanent deletion with its sessions.
- You can also choose permanent deletion sooner in the recycle bin. Restoring an activity does not restart its timer.
- Backups, logs and moderation records may remain for limited reasons.
Delete your account
- Start the request in Settings → Export & delete account or on the public account-deletion page, then verify your identity.
- Access stops immediately. Destructive deletion is scheduled after a 30-day recovery period, during which you can cancel the request.
- 10k attempts to stop Google Play, web and direct subscription renewals automatically. Check the renewal status shown with your deletion request.
- Apple App Store renewal must be cancelled in the Apple account that controls the purchase.
- Deletion does not automatically issue a refund, and recovering the account does not restart a stopped renewal.
- Some shared records and evidence may remain for billing, security, legal compliance, support, moderation or disputes. The Privacy policy explains retention.
