Press Add widget to open the widget catalog, then click a widget or drag it onto the dashboard.
Use widget settings to pick sources, periods, display modes, and goals.
Drag widgets to move them and drag their edges to resize them, then lock the layout.
Removing a widget never deletes your sessions or activities.
