Profiles and friends
Find friends by name or handle, see their progress on their profile, and choose what others can see on yours.
Find people
Search by name or handle, or look through People you may know. Send a request with Add Friend, and once it is accepted you are friends.
What a profile shows
A profile shows the person's name, handle, bio and whether they are online. Below that are their friends, clubs and shared activities, a heatmap of the last 4 weeks, and statistics such as total time, daily average, average session and longest session.
Public or private
Accounts are public by default. Make yours private in Settings, under Privacy, and people who are not your friends see only your name and that the account is private. They can still find you and send a friend request.
Questions and answers
Can people find me if my account is private?
Yes. They can find you and send a friend request, and they see your profile details once you accept.
How do I remove a friend?
Open their profile and choose Unfriend.
How do I stop someone from contacting me?
Block them from their profile or in Settings, under Blocked Users. Blocking removes the friendship and hides your messages and online status from each other.
