Chat with friends

Send direct messages to your friends. People who are not your friends can send a message request, which you accept or decline.

On a computer, the chat dock keeps up to three chats open next to your dashboard, so you can reply without leaving your practice.

More than text

• Photos and videos up to 10 MB per photo and 100 MB per video, or take a photo in the app and draw on it.
• Reactions and replies react with Like, Love, Laugh, Wow, Sad or Angry, reply to a message or pin it.
• Edit and delete fix a typo or remove a message you sent.
• Sent and Seen see when your message arrives and is read, and when the other person is typing.

Club chats

Every club has a group chat for its members. Add it to your messages to keep it next to your other conversations.

Stay in control

Search a conversation, see its pinned messages, and mute it for an hour, 8 hours, a day or until you turn it back on. Block or report anyone who bothers you, and turn off message requests from people who are not your friends in Settings, under Privacy.

Questions and answers

Can people who are not my friends message me?

They can send a message request, and you decide whether to accept it. You can also turn message requests off.

Can I send messages offline?

Yes. Messages you write offline are sent when you are back online.

Can I delete a conversation?

Yes. Deleting a conversation removes it for both people.
