Recycle bin

Deleting an activity moves it and its sub-activities to the recycle bin and stops any running timer. For 30 days you can restore it, with all its sessions, from Settings, under Recycle bin. After that it is deleted permanently.

Download your data

In Settings, under Export & delete account, request a copy of your data. 10k prepares a private ZIP with your synced records and stored media, which you can download for 24 hours. Open START-HERE.html inside it to browse your data.

You can also export your conversations as readable JSON and HTML files, without photos or videos.

Delete your account

Deleting your account starts a 30-day recovery period. You lose access right away, and you can cancel the deletion at any point during those 30 days.

Questions and answers

Does the export include changes that have not synced?

No. It contains what has synced to your account, so let 10k finish syncing before you export.

Can I restore an activity after 30 days?

No. After 30 days the activity and its sessions are deleted permanently.

Can I export my messages?

Yes. Choose the readable message export to get your conversations as JSON and HTML files.
