Custom dashboard

Add widgets

Press Add widget to open the widget catalog. Search it, then click a widget or drag it onto the dashboard. Widgets are grouped into Tracking, Time stats, Goals & progress, Charts, Social, Clock & calendar, and Notes & tools, the same on every screen.

Move and resize

Drag a widget to move it, and drag its edges to resize it. Widgets adapt to their size: a Time Card can be a slim strip or a large clock, and a graph shows more detail as it grows. On a touch screen, press and hold a widget to move it.

Lock the layout when you are happy with it so nothing moves by accident. Right-click the dashboard for quick access to Add widget and Lock.

Group widgets

On a computer, drop one widget onto another to put both in a container. Give the container a label and a border color, and collapse it when you need the space.

Desktop, mobile and saved layouts

Your desktop and mobile layouts are separate, so your phone can show only the timer and a few numbers. Save a layout as a preset to use it on other activities, or start from the built-in Default Layout.

Questions and answers

Does rearranging widgets change my data?

No. A layout only changes how things are shown. Your sessions stay the same.

Can my phone show a different layout?

Yes. Desktop and mobile layouts are separate. Right-click the dashboard on a computer to switch between them.

Can I reuse a layout on another activity?

Yes. Save it as a preset and apply it to any activity.
